Prepare: Most people are nervous because they are unprepared or didn’t prepare in the right way. I will help your attendees learn an effective approach to prepare for speaking.

Structure:  The structure of a speech or presentation is important not only to communicate properly and meet the objectives of the presentation but important to how people learn and retain information.

Interaction: Learn how to ask questions, how to motivate audience participation that matches the speaker’s style and the objectives of the presentation. Learn how to deal with hostile audiences.

PowerPoint: PowerPoint slides are often necessary but may not be a requirement. Learn when to use slides and how to create and organize slides that are memorable and informative without overusing them.

Conference Calls: Conference calls are a way of life in today’s workplace. Learn how to speak with confidence on a conference call and how to engage the listeners, answer questions and avoid pitfalls. 

Practice: There is a right way and a wrong way to practice a presentation. Learn the best approach to practicing and whether to memorize or not.
